Complete control arm kit PREMIUM
Master Sport company has introduced to the market new series of control arms. Due to application of high quality components, their working life does not differ from original parts. What’s more, in many tests some parameters demonstrate better properties than original products. In these control arms, new technology of pressing the ball joint has been applied and tolerance of fitting narrowed down, which in consequence prolonged working life of the ball joint due to limitation of failures. We have given special attention to proper lubrication of ball joints and providing possible best tightness - even in extremely high and low temperatures. Application of anti-ageing grease and suitable rubber housing reduces working resistance and in consequence provides high driving comfort. Our products are tested in motor sports, where they are incessantly subject of different endurance tests.
Ceramic brake blocks of "Sport EXTREME" series
Ceramic brake blocks of "Sport EXTREME" series meet all requirements of recognized car producers. High-efficient brake blocks are produced through adding special ceramic components. Using a metal plate between the block and the cylinder and sound-absorbing material (asbestos-free) prevents their vibration and squealing. Adding bronze and ceramics enabled considerable improvement of brake blocks properties: better high temperature resistance, better thermal conduction and material strength. Using composite materials increased braking effectiveness, lengthened operation period, widened temperature range and ensured high effectiveness of brake blocks operation. They operate well at high speed with full burden. They were tested in sports cars. We recommend using "Sport EXTREME" series ceramic blocks along with the sport version of brake discs, which will extend the operation period.
"Sport Klasse" bearings
Designed for "extreme" sport driving. Produced to be fitted in sports or tuned cars. They can be also used in mass-produced cars. They show good absorption of side loads and high temperature resistance. They distinctive features are as follows: - grease type and application method - special structure of rubber seals - material and structure of the cage - relatively low weight - noiselessness Grease. Using high quality oil Shell ALVANIA RL3 and the special application method considerably reduce frictions in the bearing. Oil, which was put inside a bearing in the place where cages almost touch each other, thanks to which grease is not "thrown out" by expanding air (comparing to the case when grease is applied traditionally). Oil, under the influence of temperature, gets proper adhesion and penetrates into all vital points of a bearing, covering all parts subject to friction with a thin layer. Rubber seals. The bearing is closed with two rubber seals, one on each side, which work independently, joined together with a special "lip", which protect bearing against dirt and moisture and loss of grease. Grease is given in the amount enough for the whole operation period. Cages are produced of strong, high temperature resistant polyamide PA 6.6 with fiberglass (during continuous operation up to 120°С, at short operations up to 150°C, melting point 265°C). A bearing with polyamide cage is lighter and more silent even at high revolution speed and also more durable compared to a bearing with a steel cage. Cages have low friction coefficient, which ensures good performance even if the amount of grease is unsatisfactory. Thanks to low weight and flexibility of the material used, they perfectly deaden vibrations and have good performance in sudden accelerating or braking conditions.
"Automatic Technology" bearings
"Automatic Technology” bearings, designed for normal (not extreme) driving, meet the strictest requirements of car producers. They show good absorption of side loads and high temperature resistance. The production and control process is more stringent than in the case of standard production. Bearings are fitted in cars that have to meet the highest standards. Their main features are as follows: - fully automated production process - automatically controlled precision of the production of each element - structure of rubber seals - polyamide cage - relatively low weight - noiselessness These bearings are produced on a fully automated assembly line. Each bearing is controlled at each stage of production, which ensures high precision of production and maintenance of proper parameters in each component. They are produced in a closed production cycle. Rubber seals A bearing is closed with two rubber seals, one on each side, which protect the bearing against dirt and moisture and the loss of grease. Grease is fitted in a traditional fashion in the amount enough for the whole operation period. Cage A bearing with polyamide cage is lighter and more silent even at high revolution speed, also more durable compared to a bearing with a steel cage. Cages have low friction coefficient, which ensures good performance even if the amount of grease is not sufficient. Thanks to low weight and flexibility of the material used, they perfectly absorb vibrations and have good performance in sudden accelerating or braking conditions.
"Sport Extreme" ignition wires
- have longer working life thanks to the latest technology applied - ensure maximal conductivity in any conditions; - complete insulation plus bigger thickness of wire (Ø 10mm) prevents the loss of power and guarantees safety, particularly important in the case of engines with fuel injection. Unlike standard one-core wires, "Sport Extreme" wires have 5 cores, each conducting a spark, which results in: - reduction in the loss of energy up to 50-80% (stable spark ignition); - increase of the power of spark up to 40% (confirmed by laboratory tests).
"Sport Klasse" ignition wires
- have longer working life thanks to the latest technology applied - ensure maximal conductivity in any conditions; - complete insulation plus bigger thickness of wire (Ø 9mm) prevents the loss of power and guarantees safety, particularly important in the case of engines with fuel injection. Unlike standard one-core wires, "Sport Klasse" wires have 3 cores, each conducting a spark, which results in: - reduction in the loss of energy up to 40-70% (stable spark ignition); - increase of the power of spark up to 40% (confirmed by laboratory tests).
Water pump
Housing and rotor are made from aluminum alloy. New generation bearing has been applied in the construction of water pump. Due to higher quantity of rotor blades, efficiency of water pump has been improved (the driver?s cab heats up faster in winter at the same time being able to protect the engine against overheating in summer). Gaskets made from new generation materials provide perfect hermetics. Product has been tested under pressure of 1,6 Bar. Paper gasket has been replaced by o-ring to simplify assembly and improve hermetic connection. Water pumps are adjusted to work in severe climate conditions.
Constant Velocity JOINT
They are characterized by noiseless work and regular passing turn moment on. The way the surface being harden allow to achieve maximum joint hardness and flexibility of socket and joint case. CV joint cases are made of high quality neoprene and high resistance thermoplastic elastomer which can survive temperature falls and chemical influence (salt solution). Using a proper quantity of lubricant oil M0S2 ensures good lubrication of every element during the usage period. The usage period of CV joint is longer than vehicle manufacturers requirements.
Ceramic Glow plugs MS
Service life exceeds 10 times standard glow plug. Master Sport Glow plugs with heating element made from multilayer ceramic material have perfect electrochemical properties. Reaching working temperature 850°C in less than 3 seconds allows for easy and quick engine starting. Maximum working temperature 1200°C provides longer working life and reliability. Glow plug is resistant to chemical and thermal waste as well as electro-erosion. Heating element is resistant to crumbling due to thermal shock. Quick engine starting reduces exhaust toxicity, due to what the plug is eco-friendly.
Windscreen wipers
MS windscreen wipers provide perfect wiping due to full contact with glass surface. This effect is achieved due to original casing and well-chosen rubber blend. Higher endurance of metal elements with anti-corrosion coating provides longer working life. Windscreen wipers with spoiler are available as well.
