Ms investment plan (buying company shares/stock)

Master-Sport Automobiltechnik (MS) will invest, and buy share package in manufacture companies in the automotive business.

The companies purchased will be included in the “MS-Automotive Group” production group under the MS logo.

Intensive increase in sales and investments in terms of part manufacture, have forced the Board to review their investment plans.

In order to meet the ever-increasing demand, it is necessary to improve the company capacity.

For this purpose, financial operational surplus shall be transferred for investment purposes.

Security of production potential will be twofold:

accelerated expansion of the Production-Distribution Center in Poland

overtaking, buying shares in manufacture companies in the automotive business (in Europe), within commodity groups recognized as crucial to the company.
