In accordance with the applicable as of 25 May 2018 following regulations: Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and its free flow (Official Journal of Laws EU L 119, p. 1) and the Polish law on the protection of personal data, in order to fulfill the obligations arising therefrom,

2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent the implementation of the contract.

3. Personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of legitimate interests of the personal data Controller, i.e. in particular: execution of the process of selling commercial goods, enabling the provision of some services by electronic means, employment, making settlements, servicing an electronic account in the data Controller’s network, handling notified applications or inquiries, contacting in connection with the provision of transactions, for tax and accounting purposes, for archival and statistical purposes. 4. Please note that the categories of personal data held are the following: name and surname, address, zip code, city/town, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number, location data, internet ID, NIP or REGON number.

5. Please be advised that the processing of personal data, including information listed in section 3 above by

or an entity authorized by it / affiliated with it, in accordance with the above-mentioned EU and national regulations is carried out for purposes necessary to conduct commercial activities, in particular by entities such as: courier companies, accounting offices, law firms, producers of goods, software suppliers, distributors and authorized state institutions.

6. Please be advised that personal data may be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling. Profiling will be conducted on the basis of personal data contained in the data controller set, in particular on the basis of data on previously available data held by the controller concerning commercial goods, as well as information available on the market regarding the current trend. Profiling applies to natural persons who will give their voluntary marketing consent in advance and will be carried out in order to adapt the offer to the needs and interests of the data subject.

7. A natural person to whom the data pertains has the right to request the controller to access their personal data, correct it, remove it or limit its processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, and the right to transfer their data and submit a complaint to the supervisory body of the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.

8. Management of the granted consents is carried out via the following address: rodo@master-sport.de.

9. Withdrawal / modification of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal / modification.

10. The data will be processed no longer than it is necessary to achieve the above objectives (section 3 above), but not longer than until the withdrawal or modification of the consent given, and after that time may be processed until the expiry of the limitation period.

11. The data Controller takes measures to ensure the safety of the collected and processed personal data and in the case of its violation informs the competent state authorities in order to detect the perpetrators and to prevent future violations.
